On Your Side provides property owner contract help and construction consultation services in the United States. Initial consultation is free! On Your Side (OYS), is owned and operated by Gene Nye. Gene’s qualifications include over 43 years experience in Estimating and/or Project Managing Commercial, Industrial, and Residential projects across the United States valued at over several hundred million dollars. Also includes several years as an Insurance Adjuster working insurance claims on both Commercial and Residential projects. He has held a general contractors license in multiple states. Over the years he has engaged in General Contracting, Construction Management, Design-Build Construction, Remodel / Renovation, and Interior Upfits / Buildouts. This experience includes many types of projects including Retail, Healthcare, Education, Public (Federal, State, Local), Commercial, Industrial, and Residential. We can act as the eyes and ears for the Developer, Investor, and Home Owner upon request. On Your Side's services includes dissecting the estimates and contract language; analyzing the pay requests, schedules, and change orders, so that you receive what you are expecting.
