Upon initial contact, we will try to ask a few questions to pre-diagnose the problem so we can arrive with the most likely parts and/or specialty tools to fix the problem on the first visit. We have a 95% "first call complete" rate doing business this way. That means our customers usually only need one appointment. If it's an installation job, we approach it the same way and may ask for a few pictures so we know if we need to drill through cabinets walls, bring water line adapters, drain hoses, power cords etc. One trip is best for both the customer and us. It's just more efficient and less of a hassle on our customers.
